Terms of service
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of maviewear.com and any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
Who we are
This store is operated by Crusher Works LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Montana, United States, trading as Mavie, at 2120 S Reserve St, Missoula, MT 59801, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Crusher Works LLC. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

Who can order
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract. You must not use the site in breach of any law that applies to you.
Products, colour and description
We describe every product as accurately as we can and list fabric composition and measurements where the supplier provides them. Screens render colour differently, so the shade you receive may vary slightly from your monitor. Garment measurements may vary by up to 1 inch, which is normal in clothing manufacture.
Product images are illustrative. Where an item is available in several colours, the styling shown may differ between colourways.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) if you are shopping from the United States, and pounds sterling (GBP) if you are shopping from the United Kingdom and include applicable taxes unless the checkout states otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
We take payment when you place your order. If a price is listed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We will never charge you more than the price shown without your agreement.
Where we show a "was" or reference price, that is a price at which the item was previously offered by us.
When the contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example the item is out of stock — we will tell you and refund you in full. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance.
Stock
Stock levels can change quickly. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or per order, and to decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns, refunds and your statutory cancellation rights are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer. In the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. In the United States, your rights under applicable state and federal consumer law are unaffected.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.
Our content
The Mavie name, our written product descriptions, our styling and our site design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. You may of course share links to our pages.
Content you send us
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you keep ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to promote the store, including on our site, in email and in advertising. Only send content you own and have the right to share. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.
Third-party services
This store runs on Shopify and uses third parties for payments, delivery, analytics and advertising. Their handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable, nor for business losses such as loss of profit or of business opportunity, since this store sells to consumers.
Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delay, extreme weather, strike, or failure of public networks. If such an event occurs we will contact you and you may cancel and be refunded for anything not yet delivered.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. The date below shows when this version took effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, and the courts of Montana have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the United Kingdom.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email support@maviewear.com with your order number. We aim to acknowledge within 1 business day and resolve within 14 days.
