We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.

Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Express is optional and charged at the rate shown at checkout.

How the timeline works

Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.

Processing: 2-5 business days. We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm, or at a weekend or public holiday, begin processing the next business day.

Transit: 10-14 business days once dispatched.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show its first scan — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

These are estimates

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier backlogs, severe weather and peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas can add time. Where an estimate slips, we will keep you informed.

If an address is incomplete or incorrect we may need to contact you to confirm it, which will delay dispatch. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

United Kingdom. Prices shown at checkout are in pounds sterling. United States. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it. Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duty.

We declare all shipments accurately and at full value. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare value, and we cannot refund an order that is abandoned because a customs charge went unpaid.

Who delivers your parcel

Depending on your address, your order may be handed to your national postal service — Royal Mail in the UK, USPS in the US — or to a local courier. Most parcels arrive with your normal post. If nobody is home, the carrier will usually leave a card explaining how to collect or rearrange delivery.

Multiple parcels

If you order several items they may ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you. You will get a tracking number for each parcel.

Missing or delayed orders

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your estimated window has passed by more than 7 days, email support@maviewear.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund in full.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours and any safe place first, then contact us within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will change or cancel it if it has not yet been dispatched. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot recall it — you would need to return it under our Returns & Refunds policy.
